Textbook Revolution has stopped maintaining its own list of these materials and now contributes directly to this wiki-based list of Open Educational Resources. Hundreds of well-organized links covering Portals, Repositories, Journals, Communities, Blogs, and much much more.
A Canadian perspective on the copyright reform issue, with particular emphasis on bill C-60. The legislation died on the order table with the fall of the liberal minority government, but the issues are still unresolved.
