Here is an excellent, if somewhat dated, set of lessons in biology from San Diego State University. They are ostensibly aimed at prospective and practicing elementary teachers, but I found this site quite useful for a quick brush-up when I was researching a 500 level college paper. There are downloadable lessons for windows and mac, translations for much of the material in Spanish, resources for teachers and students, and more. This is perfect for home schoolers and teachers in developing nations.
